Honestly, im really into S&M play, and this has barely scratched beyond vanilla so far. I'm not sure because I haven't read it elsewhere, but from the way it's going, there will probably be a lot more threesomes and Tae-young will probably end up being trained as a S, but I have a feeling Jae-young will probably end up with a taste for vanilla as well.
It looks like they do abandonment play in the future, but the only allusion I've seen so far to anything hardcore BDSM is the bruises and welts on Jae-young's body in the last chapter, which aren't there anymore. It seems like Yang-ji is more into exhibitionism and consensual rape (which is actually pretty hardcore BDSM) while Jae-young is into just about everything.
It will probably get worse, but I've noticed that artists tend to circle towards vanilla as people fall in love (because for some reason people seem to see BDSM and love as mutually exclusive.)
My prediction is therefore, that it will get deeper into BDSM and then head more towards the Vanilla side. I may be wrong though. I hope this helps!
