Yes it’s fast paced... but that’s just because the character (black haired guy) is like that. Even the main character is confused by it. However, he’s (main character) choosing not to think to much about it because he isn’t taking the relationship seriously. I think it adds to the humour, no?
I agree the artwork may seem stiff, but I think the emotions just haven’t started for the main character yet.

The moment I read what Ruka said about "I found my body. I need to obtain him." I feel like Ruka just wants to force his ideals on Maya. So far, I don't think Ruka has romantic feelings for Maya, at least that's what I think for now, he makes my eyes sore still, nonetheless. Tbh, I'm more mad at Maya than with Ruka.
