But then, another Kihyun showed up so it makes me think, "dual personality?" , "he is pretending to not know him", "He had an amnesia", or "he had a twin" But I removed the latter cause I thought it really was just him and his sister lolol as for the third one I thought its the second twin but then he acted like he didnt know prosecutor again and he mentioned he has a boyfriend, and his personality is more fiesty so now thats when I thought "A triplet?????" then I was right when Kihyun and the second twin came inside...

I mean, he knew from the beginning their child is still alive even in the OG story (but was brainwashed or they no longer had any hope), for 6 years he was searching for her nonstop. For 6 years, he was thinking where else he could find her. And for 6 years, he had to hesitate whether to doubt or not the lies that the empress spewed. This kind of misunderstanding pains me, seeing the Biological father finally reunited with his lost child only to find out she was happy with someone else.

Though, I have a feeling that the royal family wont be able to successfully get her back since MC's heart is on the Grand Duchy Household now. I mean, the royal family (her father and brother) will still protect her and see her as a family (and maybe help the grand duchy just for their lost family, aka MC) but MC already chose the Grand Duchy Family (and obv she didnt regret that choice. Btw this is just my "what-if" spoiler of this story).
In short, the ending will obviously be a happy ending with the Grand Duchy as her legal family and maybe Royal family as her legal guardian. (once again this is just a "what-if")
And also he misunderstood that the lost child is a boy for the longest time. I just hope he remember the previous life cus now for the best possible outcome, the fl need to overcome her trauma on her own because her hatered wont be valid in this life and it would be unfair to hate the emperor for that happened in the previous life. It would be painful to watch if the fl need to explain everything just to get the apology and happy endingbfrom her real family
