I'm not a fan of the drunk sex like one time is alright, just to get things into the mix, two times is starting to push it especially since they're already dating... But THREE times?? C'mon now what's the point
Yeah I guess... But usually when I see those kinda titles I expect it only to apply to like the beginning of the story, the one off gag that gets the ball rolling. In this story it's the gag that KEEPS the ball rolling even when you can roll on its own. I think the author just wants to add sex scenes to keep the readers interested but doesn't realize that the two characters are already at a point where they're able to have sex without being ridiculous intoxicated like honestly sober sex would greatly drive the plot forward
Hey dumbass I don't care if you're the main lead if she tells you to let go then LET GO instead of pushing yourself on top of her? Obviously??? ALSO if I were her I'd be SO pissed to find out he has a crush on me this entire time because if that was the case then why did he hurt her feelings by telling her they were never friends? Like why did he ruin their relationship for years because SHE didn't know he liked her? How could she know if HE DIDNT TELL HER?? I would've been crying but definitely not because I was relieved IDC if they were butt ass naked in bed I would've been so damn pissed
It could've been so much more. It's a slow burn, sure, but it clearly needed more time to burn because they do NOT have chemistry, if they do it's one sided at the most. Aside from the fact that the entire plot was reduced to nothing more than an inconvenience that could be fixed by getting a different pair of glasses (which ultimately renders everything that happened before it pointless because the main character acts like it never even happened after like an episode) affection just seems grossly out of place for the main character. I know stories that end after the couple gets together tend to be quite common, but I feel like in this particular instance that should've been like the end of a season at the very least. Because as a character, jihan does not evolve whatsoever. I know he TELLS us he likes jae, but not once does he show us or give us a reason aside from his appearance. and that's exactly why the chemistry feels so abrupt, because we aren't even sure WHY they're dating. Someone who is indifferent and straight up mean to the ml the entire series is suddenly acting affectionate and possessive in the very last episode without even a glimpse into his psyche or thought process in regards to romance. It just makes everything he does outside of what he's told us seem uncharacteristic. In an attempt to make him emotionally distant and indifferent they ended up making him extremely one dimensional, in a way that is impossible to just take back in the very last episode. I could go on but it's 2 am and I'm tired goodnight
However, I will say that if you ignore what it could've been and look at it through the lense of a silly romcom with no real priority over depth, it is a pretty good read. So I thoroughly enjoyed it even if it didn't divulge into the complexities of each character as I would normally expect from a slow burn. And let me know if you want me to further analyze the flaws of the writing because I love doing that
Like I know he technically isn't and he isn't intentionally cheating, but the fact that og Owen doesn't want him interacting with his counterparts so badly that he cries and begs, yet Nux brushes him off and goes behind his back to do it anyway despite even admitting he doesn't see them all as one person yet just feels icky to me. Like it'd one thing if og Owen was okay with it and it'd technically be like a polyamorous relationship, but he doesn't. And Nux doesn't even consider what og Owen will feel about it, knowing he'll eventually find out exactly what they did idk I just feel bad for Owen a lil

FUCK OFF STOP MAKING ME GIGGLE WITH THIS LOSER SHIT WHY IS HE SO LAME I can't lie the redemption is getting to me even if I don't really get why he did all those things to Kim Dan he's so pathetic now that it's just so hard not to enjoy it
