Use you're goddamn head girl and ENOUGH of the miscommunication trope, literally 2/3rds of this story is conclusion jumping and it isn't cute!!

I hate how in every one of these stories where they attempt to bring in a bdsm style scene, especially in which the seme is the vulnerable one, they always give up halfway through and take everything off, and then the seme just gets to do whatever he wants again and then it just becomes the exact same as every other scene in the story（/TДT)/ if you're gonna do it DO IT I BEG BRING SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO THE TABLE

You can never tell if these stories will have a happy ending or not I'm willing to bet he chooses to erase the memories and then build up that relationship again
This story takes a LOT of attention to detail to understand, I always get confused why exactly is he wanting to divorce her? He isn't even sure if she still loves emiliano and he's aware that she loves him I just don't get it. However I'm (kinda) sure the misunderstanding will be resolved eventually before anything too drastic happens
At least you’re trying to determine why would he ask for divorce instead of having a knee-jerk reaction.
Here are several reasons why:
1. He found out Ines always intended to divorce him all along
2. He found out Ines chose him because he was easier to discard than the crown prince
3. He believes Ines originally intended to return to Emiliano
4. He believes Emiliano left the pendant in the jewelry store for Ines to find so Ines can come look for him
5. He believes Ines only likes him. Not love him.
6. He believes Ines wants Emiliano and thinks Ines should get what she wants
7. He knows Ines has always chosen other men over him so she just settled for him this time around
8. Now everything makes sense to him how Ines was never interested in him when they were engaged and she tried to get him to cheat during marriage by inviting a strange woman in their home
The above are some of his thoughts. Only readers know that he means much more to Ines than he knows. Ines has never said she loved him to his face and she doesn’t exactly have a good track record of showing him she loves him. In fact, Ines herself was only willing to admit she loved him recently in Mendoza.
That's true, I guess in his eyes he probably doesn't even see the need to ask because the variables all point to one thing. I guess I was just more confused why he made that decision after emiliani said he had the chance to save her and himself as well but maybe he interpreted it differently than intended
