i think the greater lesson was knowing when to take time and do some self reflection. people who possess similar qualities to rashta usually end up making similar poor decisions based on their inability to self reflect and realize how they themselves come off to other people. it was an issue of self awareness, self reflection, and learning/seeing the bigger picture. majority of rashta's problems couldve been overcome if she had decided to take a calmer and more communicative approach to her newfound position, instead of trying to plot petty schemes to take down others.
sure Ergi's character may have come off unnecessarily ruthless but you have to keep in mind that any sane person with the ability to self reflect would have realized Ergi's two-sided ness or even asked "why is he being so nice to me" instead of blindly trusting the man with EVERYTHING.
a big problem of her life was definitely the class system and the people around her who never had her best interests in mind, but the difference is that she absorbed all of the negatives around her and wanted to add to such people, instead of self reflecting and realizing she could have been a better person or taken a different approach. its similar to the saying "the abused becomes the abuser". hypothetically, even if she was dealt a better hand in life, her own inability to reflect and learn from hardships wouldve been her downfall either way.
Imo it was more like a lesson to know your limits and stuff? you can climb the social ladder, but you should adjust your studies accordingly and get educated. If you can't educate yourself cos you are too dumb then learn to choose the right people for the jobs. But she never learned and she only knew how to be a snake tbh.
