I am the only one who loved the ending ? It was bittersweet and appropriate. Deeta was a killer and the mangaka acknowledged that fact. She also acknowledged that it’s a fictional story so who cares about morals ? She went with both ideas so in the end Deeta will have to live with that excruciating guilt the rest of his life while being happily in love with Taichi. Perfect ending !
Kaede forced Mina-san to stay in this barren relationship, even when he wanted to divorce and had already emotionally checked out. Obviously it didn’t work cause 1. Mina-San doesn’t love her anymore and 2. she reversed to her workaholic ways, ignoring him and treated him like a roommate AGAIN.
A divorce is not always the end, sometimes it can really be beneficial to both parties.
