Whenever I see parents who abandon their kids like that I want to just sit and ask why. Did you not love your kid enough? Did you think youd come back at some point and just..forgot? Did you ever think about the little boy being beaten bruised the sane you were? I wonder if at some point she ever tried calling him when he was successful...
Like I hear stories of ppl who do these horrible crimes and they always grow up with abusive families and I can't help but wonder if they ever felt guilty for being the cause behind monsters. Or if anyone ever confronted them and told them they're the reason why this kid grew and caused so much pain.
Sure some kids don't grow up to be monsters and some are even without abuse but more often than not if this kid had a decent parent or home it'd be a whole different person.

Tbh him not being able to stop thinking about her feels like it's just because he didn't think she had feelings for him. If anything im hoping he tells her that he appreciates her and wants to see her fly as high as she can as an actress. That she will always be special to him but he is honestly too focused on his career as an actor. They will say their tearful goodbyes and she will promise to become a great actress and live a good life. Maybe they will meet in the future.
And then I'm hoping we get an arc where MC gets to learn how to live and love without putting acting as his total focus. Bc I don't know what kind of ending they will give this story other than an abrupt ending where fast forward to the future where he dies a legend.
Maybe he gets an ACTUAL love interest. Or even if they bring her back they can develop her character more.
Idk I want character development that pushes past acting. Which is ironic bc this is the whole point of the story. I've become too attached to MC ╥﹏╥
Personally I don't think these deceased husband and the uke are that similar, they have the same scent which attracted the top but their personality and looks are totally different. I don't think the uke is replacing anyone. And I do think its romantic the alpha who will no longer produce pheromone that attracted the uke in the first place created a perfume so he wouldn't forget his scent.
Was the execution of the story good? Not rlly it was a sweet plot which had a lot of potential. In the end its two older men who shared an emotional moment which lead to their relationship. They've been together for 3 years. I doubt the top is only with him for his scent at that point he can't even smell pheromones remember
