Haesoo and Joowon are brothers but they have been fooling around since they were young. They both seem to be in love with each other. At least Joowon definitely is. But they never dated. It always was an on and off thing. Taku is currently dating Haesoo so he stopped his relationship with Joowon. The problem seems to be that Haesoo and Joowon can't get away from each other even tho they try to be normal brothers. Taku seems to be aware of this. Hope it helped :|)

Joowon and Haesoo used to be step brothers. They parents married when Haesoo was 15 and Joowon 16.

And divorced three years later.

They basically weren’t allowed to love each other since they were step brothers, and everyone still sees them as stepbrothers(or even brothers) even though their parents had already broke up, and that’s why they can’t be together (or show their true feelings for one another) because: jowoon is famous and if the word spread around his career would be over as well as their relationship. And they can’t be together because jowoon’s father still wants to go back to haesoo’s mother. It’s a really hard relationship/non-relationship to explain and unfortunately it’s really hard for them to be together in the end. Jowoon wanted to take their relationship to the next level, but I think he was afraid of Haesoo’s reaction. When they’re younger Jowoon told Haesoo to not fall for him, because he knew it’d be really hard for other people (specially their parents) to accept their relationship, because Jowoon worries more about Haesoo than with his own feelings. I’m not saying he wasn’t selfish, because he was, he wanted to be an actor and for that he can’t have a bad reputation attached to his name, and that was one of the reasons he said that rob Haesoo.

But since the first chapter that jowoon is trying to reveal his love for haesoo but was never able to talk to him about that, since the first chapters that jowoon carries a ring for haesoo. Even though I really wanted for Jowoon and haesso to end up together I’m well aware that won’t be possible, it’d be possible in like... three seasons, they’ve a lot of issues that won’t be solved that fast. Sorry for my rant and my bad English, hope you all have a great day, and this is only my perception of their relationship, and I know everything was all over the place because I’ve so many theories and I can’t organize them in my head (specially in English).
