Can someone explain to me the relationship between their dreams and stuff... I don't get it! They met many times before, but don't recognize each other?? And what kind of power they have?? Somebody enlighten me please!!!!

Nobody knows what happened either, because so little have been revealed so far throughout the chapters.
But it seems like they both are the reincarnation. The dreams they had was from the memories of their past life, I believe.
They can't recognize each other because they meet only for a brief moment. And that was back a few years ago.
And the power... Looks like NamJaeIn can manipulate every electrical things around him if he can touch it. Like the padlock keys on BaekHa's apartment and the PC he used to tracked his wifey when that wifey was kidnapped.
As for Wifey, looks like he can hear voices of something. (might be from spirits or demons.. idk...) And whenever he can hear those voices, something bad would happen around him. that's how he saved Jae In from the flower pot, and that's also why he avoided going to the convenience store, because an accident would occur there.
I'm tired of translators team acting like they own sh*t. YOU DON'T OWN ANYTHING. Everybody here knows we are doing and approving illegal sh*t. I'm giving my approval to whoever translates and SHARE, wanna translate slowly? Go ahead, bud if someone does it faster let them do it. It's not about translators but the audience. I'm selfish yeah, but many people feel the same here. I can't pretend to adore and worship translators just because they think they are something. You aren't, sorry. I'm selfish? So are the transl team. We're even, and in just gotta drop this MHa and actually buy, so bye!

Thats right. Even if its not translated in english i can still read it raw.
Oh I feel the same!
I read Chinese web novels, and a few different stories I've read are like 200+ chapters already completed on Google docs by one group and the original translators complain that no one's reading their translation, even though they only update every 2 months.
Like... There's over 200 chapters, you update once a month AT MOST. I'm not going to spend years waiting for this story to be released by you when it's already been completed by another group.
A lot of translating groups pick up multiple stories, find out they can't manage all of them, and then put the unpopular ones on the back burner. It's not our fault someone who actually wants it completed is translating faster.
But I do understand that it's a lot to translate, and I am very grateful, but at the same time, I don't know these translators personally and I don't really owe them anything either.
@neonpoop, just curious, where do you find novels to read? Right now I'm on novelupdates to track and find since it's just easy. Are those 200+ chapter google doc translations officially listed on novelupdates? If not, how do you find them? Regarding novels, if a story is good enough, I would read it again for the original translators if their translation is better. A great translation brings such satisfaction for an amazing story. However a balance with efficiency is also important when there is an audience. Certain groups have figured it out by not spreading translators out too thin; it is especially important for novels that can have thousands of characters per chapter. Volare novels is currently my favorite chinese novel translator - most of the translations I've read from them hit the spot and they update regularly.
Bruh, it's exactly because you're an illegal reader that you should NOT support sniping. Use your brain. If this sniper gets their work sniped, you think they will continue? Obviously not, they aren't paid to translate. They'd get mad because what for are they translating if they get sniped? It'll just be a cycle, and translators will stop.
IDK if you guys are young so you're this naive and dumb. Let me make this clear, you, the illegal reader, is the one who benefits most from not sniping.
I am tired of illegal translators acting like the manhwa it's theirs and asking others teams to stop translating. Like, bruh you're wrong too, wtheck?
If they don't have time or have too much manhwas to translate, leave to others who have time to do it. Illegal readers benefit only if there is caps tô read, is it not? And IDK if you're old so you're this rude and dumb. Let me make this clear, translators team do what they like to do, we are thankful, but if they can't do it, let others who may. There's is a lot of mangas who stopped in the middle cause of it, and nobody benefits from this!!
Sorry, this probably isn't as informative as you were hoping haha.
Honestly, I'm just fumbling my way around and finding things as I go. I wish there was a way for certain to know if somethings been fully translated - like a note on novel updates - but unfortunately I haven't seen anything like that.
The novels I was talking about that have been fully translated are Haven's Official's Blessing, 2Ha, and How to Survive As a Villain which are all 200< chapters on google docs(or in HSAV case MTLnovel, which is a website that only has machine translations).
I mostly stumbled on the full translations by accident, first found HOB on novel updates and it only had 20 chapters but I noticed people were talking on Tumblr about scene in chapter 160, so I just googled the full translation, which can only be found via a tweet. The translations in that are actually better than the official translations? The official translators weren't bad, but the google docs translators were just a bit more precise.
Unfortunately for 2Ha and HSAV they're machine translated, so they aren't as good as the original translators, but again, it's that choice of "do I want to spend years waiting for this story to be translated?". With 2Ha even though it's machine translated an editor cleans it up chapter by chapter to make it readable too.
Sorry, this is such an information dump and it hasn't even answered your question properly ;;;;; But I honestly stumble across the full translations by happy coincidents, and that's great! But this probably wont be of any use in finding more translated stories.
If you really want to read something and you're desperate enough to not care about it not being edited, then I'd recommend trying to find it on MTLnovels!
