yall i know i said i quit but i came back for this one chap bc i heard from a friend shinya was the main focus in it

of course, i was bitterly disappointed at it still semi-revolving around that piece of shit guren but at least i tried? i ended up skipping over the mahiru shit (can the author just let her die? preferably with guren?)but i really liked the peak into shinya's character and history. when i say that shinya would have been a much more interesting father figure to yuu (or even a semiprotagonist in general)... i mean it. but i was really pissed off about the 'do you love him' shit tho like i dont care if this manga is bl or not but is the author really gonna try to romanticize such an unhealthy relationship? if shinya really did 'love' guren then i feel so fucking sorry for their power inbalance, especially with shinya giving guren everything he's fucking got and guren giving him dirt in return. okay im out peace
