For me, the 'POV' character is the MC. The one who narrates their thoughts are considered to be the main character regardless if he is the bottom or top. Here in this story, Mokyeon is the MC.

I believe that could be the case here! I don’t think anyone was supposed to ingest it like she did. I believe the children story also said that the price is that the stone when used is supposed eat at their life as the price. since she ingested it and it kept involuntarily turning back time every time, I guess, it started eating away at her life force as the price. Explains why she started to get weaker after awhile when she kept being brought back to life through the time reversal.
