why in every manga (at least a LOT) does one of the characters have to get sick? and then the other one rush to their house? why? and every time it's just a flu, so let them sleep no need to be so dramatic and overreact

I think they write always scenes like this cause in Japan they take seriously things like flu and when people take care of each other is a way of showing the love of that person or something like that, idk sorry I just thought that kinda made sense.
