Ugh

People really complaining about how things turned out? The reason why it turned into sex was because Mokhwa is trying to find out why he’s not pushing Nakwon away even though he has now the freedom to do so. That’s why he’s letting it happen, because he’s trying to find out what makes Nakwon so different from the rest of the people in his life. He’s trying to find out how the words “I love you” impact him in a way he’s not used to.
And he is in pain because he’s not used to having anal sex. The past scenes were when he was raped by Nakwon so of course his body still needs time to adjust. But he’s not pushing Nakwon away because he’s thinking “what happens then, now that I CAN reject him, what happens if I don’t?”
And he doesn’t want to reject him. He clearly says that he doesn’t dislike Nakwon and in previous chapters he’s said how he’s gotten used to Nakwon’s warmth. So he doesn’t want to reject him. He’s in pain because it’s normal to feel a degree of discomfort while having anal when you’re not used to it. But SPOILER! He will react after the kiss, he finally relaxes enough to stop feeling pain and immerse himself in the pleasure.
And we only have two more chapters left of this season so we will have to wait another three months for season three.

There are only two chapters left of this season I’m shook?! Now we have to wait three months for season three? I’m passing out

I’m so glad the uke is not scrawny! I love that the author drew him with a lot less muscle than the seme but you still can completely see that he has a male body. He has a lean body. And I love that! I’m not usually into smaller bottoms but seeing how the author kept the proportions of male bodies I’m so reading this.
It’s also a new manwha. The raws are up to chapter 8 and I love how the uke has to constantly keep up a fake persona to keep people away from him and safe but he’s actually so cute and the color combination of uke and seme? Chef kiss. Finally something new to look up to with so many of my favorite coming to an end this month

The art is really pretty and the story gets progressively more interesting as the chapters go by. They’re currently in chapter 53 and the story took a 180° turn.

There’s none of them in their formal healthcare field. Like, by chapter 30 something you even forget they were doctors to begin with. And Hall has a very dark past. And Winter has abuse trauma.
But the most important thing? Prepare yourself to get CONSTANTLY cockblocked. They do have sex once more and Winter is the top again. But there’s constant teasing and hints towards Winter becoming Hall’s bottom at some point. But up to chapter 53 it still hasn’t happened. I personally will drop this because I’m not into switch couples but if you are then you should keep reading since I’m sure Winter will become Hall’s bottom exclusively later in the story. But so far with 53 chapters we’ve only had a couple blowjobs and one sex scene. So, don’t wait for more because the sex is not the main focus of this story.

It’s funny to me how the author has to explain the manwha all throughout Q&A. Like she really couldn’t properly convey the intention through her writing. If you skip the question section in her works, you’re left with so many unresolved things. And I appreciate that she answers those mysteries. But you can clearly tell she’s all over the place with her ideas. What’s the point of writing a story if the story itself won’t solve the mysteries? Imagine a writer writing a book and leaving all this questions out there. Writers don’t have a “creators note”. That’s why I think so many big authors send their congratulations drawings. As a way to encourage her. Or there was a huge “lost in translation” issue with this story. Because out of all the BL stories I’ve read, this is the one with most lore and such little use of it. This story should have had at least 80 chapters. Oh well, I hope her future works are a bit more out together. It was an interesting universe she created.

The writing on this manwha is chef kiss.
I love how they describe so detailed what they’re feeling for each other.
And I love Nakwon’s development towards Mokhwa. He still hasn’t lost his edge. But he went from a perpetrator to be completely in love with Mokhwa and realizing how much damaged he did. And what I like here is that he’s confessing not because he wants something out of him but because he knows that it might be the end of their “relationship” so he has to clear his feelings towards Mokhwa so he knows he hasn’t been nice this whole time because he wanted information out of him. And my favorite part? He said LOVE. Not like, he said he loves him.
Look at his gorgeous face all sentimental I adore Nakwon.

I love Shaia’s personality! He was raised lovingly and spoiled so of course he was gonna grow up to be cheeky and a little mean. This is probably my favorite kind of seme. Juda was nice by being possessive and my favorite in this verse. But if Shaia is a little mean on top of that then it checks all the boxes for me. I love how he’s always smiling and plays it nice in front of the elders and it’s actually spoiled rotten and sharp when he’s alone. Let’s gooooooo. I hope Hasumi doesn’t change his personality too much and keeps his mean streak even when he falls in love with this omega.

Idk

I’m too contaminated for this kind of plot.
I find it too realistic. I read BL bc of the fantasy that’s created between two men in this genre. I don’t want anything that it’s way too close to real life. And this is like that.
The way they talk about boundaries, one by one with a notepad; the way the navigate sex, how the bottom cries at everything and they’re always in their feelings, very emotional. I know all of these are realistic and healthy things to do. But I don’t read BL to find a realistic representation of homosexuality. I read it as an escape from reality.

I admit that I kept reading because the mystery is interesting. But the romance and the sexual tension is mid at best. And also in hopes the art got better. It’s not like the art is all that bad. I’ve read worse. But what irks me is that the main bottom is the only ugly one. In the beginning I thought that THAT was the intention. The pretty top falling for the not so good looking character trope. But as the story progressed, I realized that they kept saying how gorgeous Jin was and it got me like “what are they talking about?” Because all the characters are decently pretty and attractive (except for Theo since he’s drawn to look like a gorgeous doll) but the other men? Even the extras are somehow pretty or hot EXCEPT Jin. His design looks rough, tired and all around not appealing at all. So, it’s a surprise that it’s drawn with the intention to be a hottie in the universe they’re in.
I’m aware that people are overly sensitive with honest opinions on this comic because people tend to project their ideals into everybody and forget that criticism can come in both positive and negative forms. So, I know for a fact people are gonna dislike my comment and confusing it with hate because of their own personal trauma. But I waited and the story took a lot of my time so I have the right to express my impression on this work. It doesn’t deserve a 1 but it definitely doesn’t deserve a 9.

Miamatsuoka created a topic of Rix Vanus

Bro. This author gave me white hairs.
This was all only porn in the beginning and then the plot started to slowly build up. And now we are more entangle than rapunzel because now Nuah is back. The old Nuah. And you can tell by his mouth and that little fang he used to have. But he made Rix promised that “once he regained his memories he would love him like he loved his old Nuah” because Nuah, the old one, knows that Rix did fall in love with the new Nuah. So he’s trying to re gain Rix love by making Rix comes to term with the fact that the two Nuah, old and “present” make Nuah a whole. So, once Rix realizes that Nuah has regained his memories and makes peace with the fact that he loves them both equally, they will finally be able to confess their love. And this couldn’t get more complicated than that. Because are you for real? Did the author really need to play all these mind games only to give a chance to Rix and Nuah? Now we’re all waiting here when the “love rival” is actually the same person but in past and present? Why? We just wanted Rix and Nuah together lmaoooo

People in the comments really thinking that Seth has been waiting for it. He’s not though lmaoooooo
Spoiler:

He thinks that since Theo is also an alpha, now it comes the time for him to be the bottom. So, he’s been mentally preparing to bottom for Theo this whole time. But baby is so nervous lmaoooooo. I’m so glad Brothers Without a tomorrow writes and draws stories where they stick to the roles though. Because Seth won’t get the chance to bottom. Since Theo loves bottoming for Seth. And it’s a headcanon that Seth is an enigma since he has dragon blood. Which is why the second gender doesn’t matter to Seth and he reacts to his fated pair regardless of their second gender. As an enigma, he’s not tied by the traditional rules of omegaverse. His fated pair can be any second gender and he has the ability to impregnate any second gender.
So, guess what? We got second baby!

But! They’re gonna have to part ways because Seth needs to bring Langeres back to its glory in order to have enough power to protect and stand by Theo’s side. So Theo won’t tell him that he’s pregnant. Because he knows that if Seth finds out, he won’t leave.
And this is just a theory, but I think Theo will accept Callion’s proposal and will make him his capri and Seth will think that Theo’s second child is Callion’s and not his. And the betrayal he will feel will make him lose control and release the dragon inside of him.

I triggers me bad how Youngchan’s mom and sister are more worried about the asshole of their father than all the effort Youngchan has put in protecting and taking care of them. Like, the mom is sick in the hospital she only gets visits from her children and all she does is ask for the father who’s already going out with some other woman? And the sister starts acting all scared of youngchan because he pushed the dad to protect and defend her? Bitch are you blind? How can’t you not recognize that he did it to protect you and not because he’s a violent person? How can you be scared of your protective brother instead of your father who’s always beating you?
As a victim of domestic violence this triggers me bad. Because how the hell are you scared of Youngchan? How the hell can you stand that asshole father and not take your brother’s side? Ugh man I’m so mad. And I don’t want anyone coming and justifying the women’s attitude towards the abuser here. Because I don’t want to understand it. They’re just stupid women here.
I’m glad to know that in the present time Youngchan and his sister get along, but their attitude still left a huge wound on Youngchan’s self esteem and the dude is a sweetheart.

Hm

The only way the president gets to control Shige is by threatening to destroy Shin’s career. If he gets Shin out of the business, Shige will leave too and he would have no artist to exploit. So, it makes no sense.
Unless the president is trying to punish Shige for trying to find ways to be happy with Shin regardless of his threats. Because if they get outed and they get somehow accepted, the president will no longer have control over his gold mine.
But still, playing with Shin’s career is a dangerous move from the president. The fact that his niece is in the middle now adds to it. It means the woman’s crush on Shin will jeopardize his career. She will probably try to get Shin into scandals and making people believe that his “friendship” is negative for the prince. Making Shin try to put distance between them to protect Shige’s career and reputation as he always has.
I think we’ll see the trope “if I can’t have him, no one can.” Because unlike Tatara, Hanazaki and Shin’s manager (I forgot his name I’m so sorry), they love him in ways that they want to see Shin blossom. But the “love” the niece of the president has is the spoiled negative one where they treat people as prices instead of actually wanting to see them happy.
But I also think that’s why Sachimo has been building Shin’s self esteem throughout the years. And she’s been working on giving power to all the characters that want to really protect Shin, so the niece of the president won’t get the actual chance to ruin Shin’s career.

I’ve been following this story since the beginning. I have the volumes in Japanese when they came out the first time. It feels so nostalgic I didn’t even know they had the English translation available on Amazon. I’m definitely buying the translated volumes now too. I’ve been a huge fan of Sachimo for so many years. I miss more of her works

This is one of those bl when nothing makes sense. Not even the sex and I’m still gonna read it because I like the art style and the fact that the top is the pretty one and the bottom is the beefy one

Abandon all hope
Chapter 58 days “THE END” the freaking end. I’m not sure the author has planned side stories but what in the actual.
I feel like the author could make some extras. But the author also has been going into a lot of hiatus. I feel the story was too complex for what the author intended. So, long story short, there’s so much lore for what the author wanted to draw. She did mention that this happened to her with her previous work. So, maybe she wasn’t intending to write something so long and complex but by the time she realized it was already too much so she decided to cut the story just in the exact moment they clear the misunderstanding with the exhibit.
Because there’s no more talk about the marks, no mention if two alphas can bond. The fact that the characters drop details about each other preferences that were never shown in any scenes. I read this all in one go last night. And when you read it like that, you realize the story has too many loopholes and is poorly filled. The art is beautiful and the plot is interesting. But it was poorly executed.

Plot armor at its finest because the prince made it look like Zin was the traitor and got the emperor killed and save Idris reputation. So that way he can keep the kingdom and Idris to himself. Zin is just too wet behind the ears. Too naive to face the prince. I was really hoping for the author to give Zin more power and character to be at least lightly on par to face the prince. But no. Now if he survives and they end up together it will be purely out of… because the author is the author and can write it like that. Because it doesn’t make sense anymore.

If they change the “I love you” to an “I like you” I’m gonna riot. Because in the original they use the word love. Nakwon says “I love you” as in he fell in love with Mokhwa, not as if he only liked him. I hope they keep it that way in the English translation.

Miamatsuoka created a topic of Legs That Won't Walk

This is one of those stories where I freaking hate the plot development but can’t stop reading because I love the characters. Sooyoung has been beaten and hurt countless times. And not just raped by the Taesung and Minhyuk but beaten to a pulp. I cringe and flinch every time he gets hurt because my bro there is losing brain cells left and right. He should be out of the game by now with how much physical violence he has been put through. And yet Apricot keeps on physically hurt him. I had to take a break a few months ago from this story because of it. But I keep coming because of Taesung. That’s the whole reason I keep reading this. Because I believe in his redeeming arc.

This is currently one of my favorite manwha. I don’t want it to end. The way it’s written, how the author is conveying Nakwon’s redeeming arc and Mokhwa awareness, the art style, the roles they have, the fact that Nakwon is the pretty one and it’s the top and the buff one is the bottom is just chef kiss, the way that, despite their personalities, there are set roles in sex but the top is the one acting needy. Everything about this story checks all my boxes. I wish we had more manwha like this!

This is a lot darker than it looks like. I started reading it looking for a manly bottom and when I read the raws this story is really fucked up. And the Top is not very bright. He’s cute alright. But he’s kinda dumb and way too innocent and childish for the people who surround him.

Minjae keeps fucking around people after this. In groups, both men and women. He has that kind of life. It’s not entirely explicit yet. But the reason he turned out this way it’s because his adoptive father used to abuse him sexually when he was younger. And the most likely reason why Minjae hit and almost killed his hyung was because the guy victim blamed him for the things that were happening. Most likely the blood sons saw how his father was sexually assaulting Minjae and instead of defending him they got jealous and blamed Minjae of seducing their father. So, after all the “family drama” and the abuse, Minjae drifted off and ended up having a life of excess and self destruction not seeing his self worth as anything but a hole to get fucked. And the top comes here trying to rescue because he has a hero complex and lets himself get humiliated over and over again by Minjae. So, the story is kinda good when you’re into dark morally wrong things. But they could made the top smarter. It all comes down to the trope “he’s too innocent so he’s going to cleanse and show the way to the immoral and heartless traumatized character.”
