I understand having a crush isn't something not most people can control, but aside from the ML in a relationship, I find this particular FL so annoying . I know she isn't putting the moves on him, but she's clearly showing her feelings, working at ML's family salon, hanging out with just him, etc. Miss girl is definitely those types people wonder why they stick to someone who's already taken. Even the ML being emotionally unfaithful isn't my cup of tea. Ain't no way I'd like her to be with the twin best friend cause she don't deserve him since she's wrapped around someone that's taken. I may dislike the characters, but it's showing a different type of unrequited romance that's not so explored so my respect is high for the author.

honestly, it's confusing not bc we're too slow to understand but it's bc the creator of this story literally at home, pulling out different story events out of a fishbowl, and whips the ultimate fanfiction jumbled into one

Like- at first I wanted to read this bc the cover obviously was BL, but just reading it through, I actually was more interested in the plot of their world versus the "couple" itself. I can't even sense a tinge of romance except the intimate moments when he "drinks" his blood. The romance part is probably gonna get there soon, but in some way, I kinda wished this wasn't BL???? If that makes sense
Also, I like how it explored that the MC has interactions with women that aren't meant to be plot devices to be spiteful all the damn time. It's nice.
Yeah I get it lol! I think it's how the manga treats the relationships. For me, it doesn't really have that "BL lens" when it comes to its two main characters, so it's a nice change of pace. I don't really mind if it's a BL or not, I just hope the author replies on this writing style for developing the characters since it's really intriguing so far.
