Nah still hate-able because for every reason you have listed. Think about the context. He wasn’t saying it in an empathetic manner. He said it because he felt indignant (because he knew it was his fault Taewook wasn’t at peak condition for his fight) and that there was no reason for him to fight so hard or care so much when he’d never make it by his standard. But with all the cards stacked against Taewook he’s still trying and he’s still winning. He even won against an oh so great Alpha. Athletes with disabilities, women in male dominated fields, and all other trend setters/ people defying the odds deserve respect and to scoff at their bravery to attempt to beat the odds (and succeeding at times) while sitting in your privilege is ugly and arrogant as this ml has been this whole time. Defining someone else’s definition of success and fulfillment is so infuriatingly annoying. Like nobody asked you. Provide the pheromones and dick you were asked for and SHUT THE FUCK UP or go somewhere else.
