No. They didn't take the pages from wbw and changed the text. This is the original series by Lee Aru. The whole series is a compilation of short series by seven artists and Lee Aru did a spin off of wbw in omegaverse background.

I've noticed in a lot of Japanese mangas, the characters will act like turning 30 or being over 30 means you are old so it must be a fairly common way of thinking in Japanese society. I agree it's absolutely ridiculous.
