And there’s so much misunderstanding between them that was caused by both of their families. The ml genuinely care for the fl but his way of showing it is through working for money. He believe that his wife deserves all the luxury coz she’s a princess. If not for the people around them taking advantage of their relationship, they would’ve been a wonder couple.
Or...just maybe he should have told her that himself instead of expecting his servants to do so. She is his wife after all. It should be too much to ask that she hear directly from him that he has to leave for several months.

Its a mistake narratively is what I mean more so than if it is or isn't realistic. If one maybe two of these events happened readers get a sense of danger. But back to back to back and its just gets old.

But he did. So as King he needs to find a way to at least communicate with his Queen. And he should have done so before making her his wife, because based on the early chapters he didn't even mention to the original Abagail that he wouldn't touch her until after the wedding.
I can’t remember well but I think their marriage was just to get those people who kept forcing their kids to marry him to stop, that’s why he married Abigail(sorry it’s been a while since I read the novel so I can’t remember the full details) he wanted someone that wouldn’t try anything but then past Abigail started to have feelings for him and started trying to get his attention and all that
I wouldn't be surprised if he got married just to get the nobles off his back. But based on what we have here in the manga it seems that Abagail didn't know about his plans. And became obsessed once he told her that he would not touch her. It wasn't that she loved him, she just had too much pride.
I've been spoiled on what happened to real Abagail, but basically she was raised to think that something had to be wrong with the woman if the man didn't want sex. Which explains why she was so obsessed with making sure not even the female servants looked pretty. Also she apparently died after tieing her corset too tight, and then our Fl inhabits her body.

People died earlier save for luckier ones and so, they had different age ranges child to adult ratio, the FL wants children she has forced to do anything she didn’t want too. It is true that in Aruna's culture at 15 she is able to marry. But in Dias' culture people can get married at 18. He says so in the earlier chapters.

The couple has a cultural difference which is why he is uncomfortable with having sex and kids with someone he considers a minor. For him to ignore his cultural upbringing just because its okay in her culture would make him a sleazeball. Most people don't just up and change on things like that on the drop of a hat. Now he may change his mind over time, but to automatically be okay with it would be weird unless he would be the type of man that's okay having sex with a person considered a minor in his culture.
Furthermore their marriage is an alliance. He is not a part of her tribe now. The whole point is that he was sent away by his ruler to start a new fief. He is the ruler of his own land, he is a noble now under the authority of his ruler. So he wouldn't need to just be okay with her cultural norms anyway.
