Just read from Baka-Updates that this manga has a prequel called “Nodomoto ni yoake no aji” (actually I faintly remember some fellow reader posted news about this in the comments but I’m too lazy to dig through all other posts to find it HAHA) Anyway, so far there’s only one chapter ongoing BUT BOY AM I LOOKING FORWARD TO IT (≧▽≦)!! Maybe the glasses guy will have his own lover hehheh ( ´▽｀)

Affection, awkward codependency and possessiveness is also a form of love. Mako may not have seen Kouta in the romantic light yet he couldn’t live without him. I feel that that in itself already formed the foundation for Mako to eventually fall in love with Kouta.

So I guess we’d never know how exactly did he pay back two fold with his reply ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

I really love that little “I love you” Taichi said to Fuji. That moment was so delicate and intimate. No additional words were needed. Just an embrace, a shared silence, a soft mumble of “I love you” and an emotional reply of “Me too” were all that were needed. Nothing more, nothing less. Sensei perfectly nailed that scene. You can really feel the sincerity and intimacy shared between those two in that very moment. Even if their love was born out of a random encounter and subsequent uncommitted sex, they are now here to stay in love with each other for perhaps the rest of their lives. Loved it. Absolutely loved it.

There’s a last volume though to this series :) It’s called ‘Aoi Tori Yori’. The sequence of volumes for this series goes like this:

Ok so, when they had their first sex, they have yet to switch back.. so basically it’s like the uke is fucking himself HAHA However, in the middle of it, they kissed, and they got their bodies back. After the first time (and some little drama/ angst), subsequently, they had sex in their own bodies, but here’s the thing - everytime they kiss, they will switch HAHAHA Oh my.. so right now, I don’t even know if it’s a narcissist fucking himself or reversible couple/ seke or seme-uke fucking, especially when they switch in the middle of doing the deed (≧▽≦) This is fun HAHAHA

Hmm.. not sure how to feel about it.. A part of me wants this to continue since it has already started and ending it abruptly just leaves me hanging no end.. But another part of me feels that my heart is not prepared for whatever angst was to come, such as possible break off of original pairing.. So I don’t know.. But as much as it’s disappointing that the manhua ended on an abrupt notice with a bitter aftertaste of what was supposed to come, I hope we don’t be too harsh on the author. I believe she’s also having a hard time trying to create work that will satisfy us, her readers. Some of us may not have liked the direction of how the story was progressing but be that as it may, we should respect the author’s wishes and empathise with her :) She mentioned that she’ll be working on a new story but not sure if she meant a new plot for circle or an entirely new manhua. Whatever it is, I look forward ( ´▽｀)

Twisted but I love it. It’s twisted but I feel that there’s depth to the story. One of the fellow readers (@plastic) really highlighted the meaning of this manga really well. Don’t get me wrong, I know and understand that rape is not an act to be condoned and encouraged. It’s just this manga portrays certain truths in life pretty well. Most of the people in this world ain’t blessed with many things in life. Everything that Shou wanted he got them on his own, things ain’t given to him just by him being there; the polar opposite of Ookouchi, who got the sensei’s love just by being there. Some people may argue that the one sensei truly loves is Ookouchi and for Shou it’s just pity but I don’t feel that that’s the case. Shou was brave enough to say he likes sensei, even though he clearly knows the one sensei loves from the start was Ookouchi. He has the courage to pursue and confess his love and so sensei has the capacity to accept both of them, all of it, and that in its way, is a kind love too. Twisted yes, but I truly enjoyed the emotions and depths of the story thrown at me. Sorry for the long rant. Just my two cents. :)
