In that panel, top right is where his head is so that’s his chin, under his head that greyish matter is the pillow. Moving to the centre is where his naked chest is, can see slight collar bone as well. And moving from the centre, that supposedly weirdly shaped drawing is his arm cuz he’s sleeping on his sides. Hahaha could you see it now? :)
