Ohh I researched the author and it seems like you're right. Although, there's only a few info about the author. This manga is so wholesome, it's appropriate for the age of the characters. There's so many manga I got turned off cuz it's so sexualized when the characters are so young.
The king is traumatized, no wonder he's so unapproachable. I'm kinda pissed he's treating his own daughter like that but it's understandable when you know the reason behind it. Seems like he got thoroughly abused ahem raped ahem by the previous queen and the hate passed on to Blanche sigh. I hope he can recover and heal.
Actually he doesn’t hate Blanche he cares about her, he just doesn’t know how to show it if that makes sense and he has 2 reasons one is his trauma and the other is his family, His family is mainly the reason why he treats Blanche they he does(I won’t spoil say anymore just in case u don’t wanna know)

Dylan is fully aware that he's getting manipulated and used. He knows. And he doesn't fcking care. These two characters are geniuses as well as very fcked up. Typical morality can't just apply to them. Frankly, they're gonna do everything to get what they want regardless of anything or anyone, even the people they care about. It looks like Dylan is gonna do something that would make Charlize hate him, but it doesn't matter. After all, hate is better than just being treated as a tool.
Ngl, the prince is really entertaining to read. However, I gotta admit that he's a ticking time bomb. Makes my heart all aflutter, it's just that there's almost a bit too much tension like the mc getting her head cut off if she does one wrong move ༎‿༎
Ngl i kinda forgot who he is but damn this man got his heart broken back to back to back. Like, before he met raeliana he was moving on from a past love and then he fell in love with an engaged woman which is Raeliana AND THEN his sister fcking died. The poor guy got fcked over by the goddess of that world. I hope he can find his own happiness as well. It would be real nice to see more from him.
