No, i think it's shoujo. Because eventhough the mc is male, doesn't mean it's shounen. If the mangaka made the manga for teen female reader, it's shoujo.
There are MC who are male and it's Shoujo. Shoujo means it's for mainly young teens readers not cos the MC is female. Same goes for Shounen.
Shoujo with male lead: Inferno, Bloody Mary etc. etc
