I understand Yuwoon, for Dojin who is a rich kid it might be nothing to drop his career for his lover, but Yuwoon wasn’t rich from begining and he has a gradmother and younger brothers to look after with his money, and he cares for the others so he’s worried about being selfish and ruin his groupmates and family lives with his forbiden relationship. It isn t a easy decision and Dojin is selfish and impulsive, kinda reckless, and makes hard for them to hide well their affair.
this was cute , but I wish there was like 20 chapters between 54 and 55, what about her kidnap trauma and her friend who was kidnapped with her? what about the true story about greg, debora and the other girl from cinema? what about their cat ? they could develop their relationship even deeper if they brought up those stuff, and a epilogue would be amazing with some scenes after their mariage. I feel incomplete with this ending. (︶︿︶)

I don't feel really ease with those kind of forced sexual contacts in MDZS (Wei WuXian kiss Lan Zhan while he's drunk and passed out and Lan Zhan just grab him and kiss him without asking stucking the man on a tree), but I love so much the characters that I overlook those kind of behaviors and justify in my mind " it s just because they have reasons to fear exposing their feelings being in a judgmental and homophobic feudal environment". those kissing scenes are hot cause I know they care for each other deeply, but I keep think if it was some other random person that you don't love doing those things it would be unpleasant. Glad that MXTX got better at this point, in her next novel the characters use stupid excuses to keep kissing each other but if one of them didn't want to do it they could easily avoid it.

Exactly! I m the kind of person who drops a romance story if there is a abusive protagonist or something forced/noncon/rape between the main couple ,I just get really pissed off. MDZS worries me because I don t blame nor I get mad neither with WWX or LZ, but if I stop to think about those actions alone I feel a little weird, I still got so excited to see their first kiss! and then I felt kinda guilty and thoughtful...but Wangxian are my favorite couple of BL's after all ╮(￣▽￣)╭
