Idk but i feel.like the reason why he didn't want to be 1st was bc he wanted to quit after a year but with being 1st he would feel like he honestly wanted to be a proper idol. It could be also that it would be harder for people to just forget him and let him retire in peace. But after seeing his face after the announcement i belive it's more of the first that he just cares about it so much not only being a idol but also being with friend and feeling people supporting him.

Guys i stopped reading at the perfect moment (i think ch.33) right before they both went home and now i came back after waiting for more episodes and...... WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED. It was my fluffy feel good story. Fuck his "friend" (i don't even rememberhis name) i really though that when he was looking for Hajin he actually cared for him....but then he just treated him like his property and didn't care much about him except for the fact that je possess him. I'm glad that Namwoo is helping his and isn't just trying to get something out of him and just want him to be better. But i just can't stop feeling sad over everything that happened to Hajin. my poor baby
