1. If you're talking about the scene from when Alex got jealous because of MD, then yes I do agree it was rape and I even commented on it and showed my displease with it.

Yes, DG made it obvious that he wanted it to be over, mainly cos he still has feelings for Alex -which he probably does not return- and doesn't want to show them, hence why he didn't want to face him because DG is the easy to read type.
