i think its more like intersex, but they never told him. It's not the most scientifically accurate case, but the mc had no idea he had a "womb" until he heard his dad say that.

yeah its different, somehow hes supposed to have a fully functional uterus, but also externally he appears to have standard male genitals i guess?? not possible irl bc one or the other is non-functional typically, or the person is infertile (based on my anatomy classes, without going too far in depth scientifically).
