I'm not yet done with it, I'm halfway there, but may I just say this book is so frustrating. Like wtffff, both characters are frustrating. First, masaki and his "I won't do anything you don't want", but would continue doing it anyway even though hiroya blatantly says he doesn't want to, and hiroya, too, like whuttttt? Can you just be honest with yourself for once. Godddd, I didn't mean to rant, but it's so frustratinggggg. Is it even worth finishing??
Kinda reminded me of maya and nemu's story, but may I just say that they are both much much likable characters than these two.
You're born after 1998... I take it... just realize, the older the manga is.... it was created for a different generation in mind. At the time, those stories were pretty popular. So, if you don't like the older manga's... might not want to read em.

I have read a lot of this type of manga, too. I have read yaoi mangas older than this one with basically similar plots, but those have much likeable characters than this one. I think my frustration has nothing to do with this type of mangas in general, but more due to the fact that the characters in this specific manga are horrible. But still, that's just my opinion. Thank you still for the unsolicited advice :)

okay, I have such a love-hate relationship with this manga. I've finished reading it and I just feel weird, haha I don't know. couldn't they just have been together without the alpha????????? This frustrates me so much, but at the same time I liked it because well angst and it's truly beautiful to see couples beat odds especially in stories like this one. But I don't knowww. So god damn frustrating
Was too excited to read utou's story since I liked him so much from the first story. I was really looking forward to seeing him happy.
But, why does it have to be like this? Huhu I know he is also to blame for what happened because he wasn't really honest with his feelings. But, I really don't blame him for taking his time to process everything that has happened, because if I were in his position I would be confused af.
At first he was sure that sumi didn't like him because he was not an alpha, and all those things sumi said about betas, then suddenly sumi tells him that he actually loves him, and is mad at him for making him a substitute for karasuma. At that point, i got frustrated at utou because he didn't even try to change sumi's mind, but I'm thinking he was probably too confused to process what has been happening. Even I didn't think that Sumi really did love him until sumi got jealous of Karasuma and claimed that he wanted to stay at the company because of utou. But before that, I didn't feel that he loved utou. Or maybe that's just me? I don't know. there's something wrong, not sure if it's the transition or the development of the feelings, whatever, something's off.
I don't really hate sumi and I also want him to be happy, but I hope he stays with the alpha dude. he seems nice, and from the start it seemed like sumi wanted to be with an alpha so that's good.
I just hope that Utou would really find happiness, even if it's not with Sumi.
Do you have any thoughts on bazz b and jugram? Haha to be honest I found both of them awesome, character design and personality. Jugram was a really tragic character, though. Just wanna find out what you think about their relationship? Like who betrayed who and what do you think about their story?
The last story was great and realistic, but I'm really curious about what happened to the guy who confessed to him. I hope he's happy, too.
