Yeah it’s kind Of like when you miss someone so you kind of like the more then you get annoyed about it for no reason it makes no sense but the earlier chapters as she did come on a lot more and a lot earlier and messed up everything even more I think they switched it up because people are so annoyed about that so I think it depends on every time like how many in Howell Park they do it
I don’t think she’s a damsel in distress at all. She finds ways to save the village and stands up when she can. She doesn’t just sit around doing nothing waiting for a prince to save her.

It looks like if the mother's people die forgotten then they and all things associated with them are forgotten as well. So if they forgot the mom, then they would forget the mom had a child
