Why I started hating stories like these after growing up: to vaguely quote from “When the Villainess Loves,” every supporting character was used to just make the main characters look better or fill in their role.
In the end no one wins but the main characters. And I especially hated how the second ml or just the nice guys who were actually caring most of the way through (more than the ml), never gets the mc. They’re so much better!!!
