Probably because of the pacing, it was very noticeable. A lot of scenes have been skipped and quite a lot of flashback as well in early chapters. Some might got confused when reading. But, it was good if you tolerate and get past though those chapters.
I even thought there we’re missing chapters at first or crop scenes (happens a lot in poor translations manhwa) (￣∇￣")

Honestly it didn’t really occur to me that she was really the baby. That was great it was super surprising. I love how they’ve maintained platonic brotherly and sisterly love by the brothers because I didn’t feel disgusted by their interaction. It was just sweet and affectionate family like. And it was great that until the later chapters revealed that the duchess has a baby keeping me in the dark right before the latest @31. I love this! I hope it will continue to unfold superbly (づ￣ ³￣)づლ(´ڡ`ლ)
From the flashback of the fl recalling her memories with jihan I belive thats the name, I don’t think he’s a bad guy. I just hope its a misunderstanding because he look kind by the flashback however due to the fl’s sister saying bad shit about the guy, we never know whats really the truth. I just hope he’s good but I still ship our ML and FL, its just that I don’t think its necessary to make him a villain, anyway if he comes to that and became really evil, I guess lets just say I’ll be rooting for his end
