Ohhhh same thoughts!! I would've thought Yoojin would be King because he is the "weakest" (limited moves) plus he is being protected by all of the S-Classes and Hyunjae would be the Queen and an overall protector of the King.
If the roles reverse, it kinda gives off a different meaning because I dont think the other S-Classes would protect Hyunjae wholeheartedly as King. But Yoojin definitely would and he'd use everything in his disposal as Queen to protect Hyunjae

but here are sum keypoints (might be inaccurate)
- richt still couldnt move on from the OG FL (hestia). hestia keeps telling him they can never be together. she keeps telling him that she should take care of his fiancee better.
- at one point when both FLs were kidnapped, peony actually tried to reach for richt but richt only grabbed hestia. (this was then explained later on that he didnt notice peony was behind hestia)
- iirc, hestia felt like shit by how peony is being treated
- peony confessed but richt didnt answer her feelings. she said it was ok but she cried alone
- ML finally realized his feelings for peony but when peony asked to break their engagement, he agrees ???
- ok so here's the thing. there's like 109 chapters in the novel. and by chapter 93-ish, it was the time when ML started confessing to peony. peony kept rejecting him and tried her best not to accept him after all she has been through.

Okay but please don't forget that before FL took over Abigail's body, she was originally obsessive and clingy towards the emperor. She also treated Blanche badly before. It may truly take some time for the Emperor to handle his trauma and also his trust issues regarding his past interactions with Abigail. I don't understand the hate towards the emperor since we can see that this webtoon is all about the development of each character. Of course, we're going to watch him grow and develop as a person even if it takes a lot of time for him to do so.
I doubt Abigail was the cause though. It might have to do with women in general. There were talks of him having been assulted by women from the past and the truth may not be far off from that.
Yes, I never said that Abigail was the cause though. I was saying that the emperor might not have trusted her early on because of the original Abigail's behavior. He continued avoiding her as he did to all women in general. His trauma with the first wife + Abigail's all of a sudden "bad to good" change would spring up some trust issues from him.

- luca also went back in time. when he got his revenge, everyone was dead so he made a wish on the royal's heirloom for everyone to be happy so he went back in time
- OURjudith is actually the same noveljudith too. first she was born as a korean, transmigrated and became noveljudith. Then when she died, she became OURjudith again too.
- judith is actually the daughter of the former king's sister.
- luca and judith confessed to eo that they both went back in time. when judith apologized about the past, luca forgives her. from the past, noveljudith gave him a portrait of his mother tho before he was sent to the duke's. and at some point tried to stop the villain in the story to kill luca.
- why OURluca is hostile with the duke now is because when the duke protected him in the og story, he said he did it because it was his duty and not out of love. (OURluca then became protective over judith when the duke tries to get closer to her because he believes he is incapable of love)
