I'm really enjoying how the princess gently turns her "marionette" status into an advantage. That's a nice twist. Nobody can accuse her of holding reins when she is being so clearly manipulated by others, and when this blows up in their faces, hopefully they will learn to back off. I don't think it will be that simple for her homocidal and abusive "ex-husband" though. Instead of backing off, he flatly needs bumping off.
And on an unrelated topic, the artwork! WOW! Sure, there are the usual stock backgrounds. I think I've seen that same castle about 20 times now in different manga, and that garden in another dozen or so. But the drawings of these characters and their clothing are so delicate and appealing. There's that one image of her from the side where she almost looks like a print by Alphonse Mucha. Great stuff!ヾ(☆▽☆)
After a really loooooooong, slooooooowww start that really escalated quickly and ended abruptly (and weirdly.) But okay. I mean, was that supposed to be love? Other than that, it was a decent story with a few original flashes.
