Man, so satisfied. Pedo pist's balls smashed, sunshine Taekin waking up and doing the things he likes.
It's easy to tell how pure of a soul Taekin has, seeing how he jumped to save his friend, how he roots for his crush to be happy... And that may be one of the reasons Heechan and he swapped souls, because I feel like Heechan's soul is just as unblemished and pure.
I'm not sure but ch 76 is the first time we actually see the Dog Buddha's laughing face on screen in present, right? That was an odd and beautiful detail. We've only seen and heard as much as Heechan has, so it's a revelation to both him and us.
It wasn't a mind blowing plot, but it's a very well done and well paced story with lovable characters. It's not reliant on smut, yet I've felt tingly every now and then.
I remember binging it in the middle of a hiatus and regretting so hard..the wait was agonising but worth it. Will always be one of my favourites. I'm not ready for it to end.
Someone commented that the derealization was accurately portrayed and while I don't know what's actually accurate, it was beautifully portrayed. And I really liked the plays they did but the whole yakuza side story just went off rails. There might have been better ways to get to the same derealization scenario, without some weird yakuza fiasco. I feel like the author tried to do something (because manhwas with dark settings like being involved in mafia, drug peddling etc are most times heart wrenching and stir some deep emotion) but wasn't so successful.
