There's actually a basis for them switching in the previous chapter because it showed the "seme" didn't mind bottoming but the "uke" was a bit nervous, not because he didn't want to top, but he didn't think his bf was ready and might get hurt. from my interpretation of it, i wouldn't say he necessarily dislikes being an 'uke', but rather that he doesn't want to be confined in the box known as 'uke'. i think he told sasaki that he's not an uke with the intention of saying that he's not a character from a bl (ironic, yes), so he doesn't want to be labeled as an uke. i could be wrong though.
