I'm not saying she needs a man or would be happy with one necessarily, but goddam, there's a part of me that wishes that there was a promising second male lead in this series. someone who could show her what love actually looks like and fulfill all the desires and fantasies she had about love. this is just too sad :(((

does anyone know what the individual colors above the men's heads mean?

That's true it can be interpreted like this too. He didn't really realise it almost till the end, that what he felt for her wasn't siblings love. He was a trash from the beginning but he was also very slow with understanding his weird desires and was confused. In my opinion first love is better describing the whole nuance between them. But yeah he wished to put her in the cage and own her so lust works as well. I kinda feel like it's included in first love haha but tbh lust is more like physical aspect and for him it was more like psychological need... But both types are correct I think.

wait that's it? with so much build up in the last few chapters, the author definitely could've gone deeper into the lore and explored more. the last chapter almost feels like the author got bored of their own story and wanted to quickly finish it off or smth. a shame, because the story really was pretty good up until this point and could've benefitted from a more fleshed-out ending
eh, I'm a hater. I prefer it the original way. Their gender played into their characterization tbh
