Is this worth the read?? I wanna read it but idk its kinda confusing whicy is why i dropped it a while agi plz hype it up to me so i can get back into it

yes pls read it! the art and plot it so worth it. the story was confusing to me at first and it actually took me a year to reread this all over again once i was ready, because i wanted to understand it. i realized it would be such a waste to miss out such a plot heavy bl manhwa (which is lowkey kinda rare). just remember, u don’t always have to force yourself back in. take it at ur own pace, u can always come back when ur prepared :]

Some one plz spoil i just started and he moved out and said some mean things to the mom someone tell me he says sorry and when

You probably dont know this but in psychiatry some people live with their conditions with no insight so they are never aware its pathological, out of ordinary, she was still a sweetheart and gave her son all she had, to the point he grew up into a wonderful man without even wondering where his dad is.

she literally knew that her son was getting relentlessly bullied and was getting jumped by little kids his entire life and she didnt do ANYTHING. just because shes mentally ill doesnt mean that she isnt responsible for her son getting beat up. and i know plenty of people with fucked up parents who turned out "wonderful"

What the do you think she could have done? If multiple kids where bullying her son, and she confronted those kids, do you think that would have made a difference? Everyone in that neighborhood hated them and if the bullies parents were told by Haejoon's mom that they were bullying him, do you think the parents would take the mom's side and discipline their children? No, they probably would not believe that their children were terrorizing Haejoon because they think their own kids are perfect and because the neighborhood outcasts are the ones confronting them. What makes you think a single mother that was described as "crazy" would be able to do against an entire community against her and her son? She wasn't an awful mother and you probably have never dealt with being a social reject in your hometown. And you can tell that Haejoon always thinks of his mom when he's going through shit and how much he loves and misses her. The only reason why you say she was a bad mother was because she knew her son was being bullied and couldn't do anything about it, which is not a valid reason to deserve to die

She knew very well that the entire neighborhood looked down on both her and her son,
and she even told him that he would get made fun of for his mom being weird. haejoon literally goes to hansol because he wanted to get as far away from his mom as possible. in chapter seven haejoon literally tells his mom that the kids at school think his mom is crazy. haejoon had to resort to violence since his dumb fucking senile mom was too busy talking to ghosts to stop her son from being beat up. i think ahe should've just gotten rid of all of the ghost shit she owned. i get leaving your family because of something that has become apart of your life. but forcing a kid to go through all of your spirit bullshit? not ok. if she really loved ghosts that much she shouldve just given haejoon up for adoption. haejoons mom said that haejoon was more precious to her than ghosts or talismans but you can clearly see that if she truly loved haejoon more than ghosts she wouldve gotten rid of her dolls and talismans and her jars with body parts in them so haejoon wouldnt get ridiculed by their entire community. you can abosultely give up a core part of yourself if that guarantes your childs saftey and well-being. the least she couldve done was keep her spirit shit on the down low so their neighbors didnt know about it. she had to have been fucking plastering talisman on her neighbors front doors for their entire community to know that shes a dementia rattled asylum patient. sorry for writing an entire paragraph lol

she most definitely couldve stopped haejoons bullies. its not she "COULDNT" have done anything about haejoons bullying, its that she "DIDNT". she made an active choice to let her son be bullied on behalf of her insane ghost addiction. and when haejoon beat the shit out of his bullies their parents did NOTHING. "oh but the parents might get mad!!" but they didnt. they didnt go on a crazy witch hunt for haejoon's head when he fought back. and just because he loves his mom doesnt mean that isnt a horrible mother. she forced her spirit bullshit onto haejoon even though he would always deny the existence of spirits or ghosts. and she still would not give up the ghost shit when her son told her he was getting bullied for it! you can still love people who have put you through hell and back but that wouldnt make their actions ok. and she was so obsessed with her ghost bs that she should be happy that shes dead! she chose ghosts and spirits over her own son, so instead of being with haejoon she can be with the ghosts she loves so much!1!!!!1

Should i read the novel first or the webtoon first and why

After a while of reading you'll become used to it, don't be pressured of the amount of chapters it has btw. Honestly what I do is find chapter summaries online or look at comment sections in novel websites about the chapter I'm reading. That way it feels like you're reading along with other people at times, it's what I do though hope it elps! (* ̄∇ ̄)ノ

Should i read this?? I keep seeing how everyone keeps talking abt incect???? i just wanna know if the story is good

The gods are all incestuous. The thing is though, that's not a thing to the gods. They're perfect beings, they don't face birth defects and their culture was originally to partner with whoever they wanted and move on whenever they wanted casually. Ra says everyone was happy back then, everyone banned together to take care of the children, there was no monogamy or marriage, it was all casual. If you felt something for someone you stayed with them. The main gods of the story were all born from the same gods (Nut and Geb) and all of them pair together. The only asexual god is Ra. They've started to take on some modern human culture, like marriage, but that doesn't extend to incest.
If you're worried about incest *themed* sex scenes, as in where *that* it's incestuous is mentioned in dirty talk/purposefully made to be apparent to the reader, the only real offender is the scene between Osiris and Set. You could skip it, but it's also important to read that scene to understand the gravity behind what happened. It's sort of the crux of the backstory and why everything is how it is. I wouldn't recommend skipping it. The other pairings it's hard to even remember that they're related because it's never a focus. It's a focus between Osiris and Set because Set only ever looked at Osiris as a brother, which is an issue for Osiris because he is obsessed with him and finally loses his shit about it. He had been plotting to have Set for a long time, keeping it hidden and manipulating Set's life without him knowing.
Can we talk about how pretty she was drawn underwater??
