Is every S tier BL on here a 9.2?
9.4 is about the highest a rating is ever going to get, just purely cause of how ratings work. Nothing has 5 stars on here, not with a decent number of reviews. Fact is, things are scored out of 5 stars, but then the rating is out of 10. With low numbers of ratings given (not low ratings, just not many ratings given I mean) you hardly ever get 10/1......
