It's reallyy long and heavy on politics and magic but it's really soo good!! I think season 1 ended on chapter 45-47 and it followed the novel quite closely but I highly suggest to read it from chapter 1 as very small but precious details were unfortunately lost in the adaptation!
I’m reading the novel now and wondering if it’s complete? So curious about the story and Im around 100 chapters in, it’s really well done but don’t feel like investing too much energy if it’s not complete. Also, what are your opinions on the novel?
IMO it’s a great read, I don’t often read web novels cos I prefer visual media but I got so hooked by it that I binge read the first 400 chapters over the course of a weekend. (There were only about 400 chapters for free at the time that I started reading.) I don’t actually know if it’s complete but given that novelingua has a system to access chapter early by paying and they’ve recently taken on several new projects, I’d imagine they’ve probably got a lot of finished translation chapters that they did in advance and just have set up with a release schedule. Anyway I’d definitely recommend it in terms of a casual read by the time you catch up with the release schedule (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
I'm super interested!! I'm sure Dr han has a very sad story, I'm usually fine with most heavy topics but because it seems like there's a past with physical and emotional child abuse and problems with his father i hope it won't be too triggering for me im very sensitive about that stuff

Honestly I reread the entire webtoon every time there's an update here but for the life of me it's so hard to follow the plot. I feel like there are so many tangents... Sometimes it feels like psychological webtoon that has the cute light hearted arc going on for too long (like 28 chapters) it seems the author had many good and cute ideas but wasn't able to execute them well... they should've decided that if they wanted to do smut, psychological and romance all together, it should've been more balanced and with a straight line of plot or just focus on one genre. It just seems messy this way, I don't even know where this is going and I guess we will never know since the author has been in hiatus for years now
This right here folks! Not to mention they mostly look the same. Its so hard to tell characters apart... The art is good though so I'll stick around just for that
They are both acting so lovey dovey, blushing, laughing and acting silly with each other but I love the fact that one of them is pretending and will do whatever it takes to make the other's life miserable in a near future AND its not the shitty rapist seme.

I know jihwan is batshit crazy and he's a freak but he is VERY calculative so i now i really wonder if the admission thing and sooyoung listening were all on purpose. Almost like a test that he was supposed to fail... as if in "ha sooyoung you doubted me but i only wanted to help you get in your dream uni with my connections and we could live together... i cant believe you listened to the rapist and not me, your only friend" and made him listen to his call on purpose

I read that in the novel the character is written better and its more psychological but rn in the webtoon it just feels like they want to push the yandere top agenda down our throats and expecting that we eat it up...

Jihwan definitely made it possible that Sooyoung wouldnt get in in the first round, he/his father must have ties with someone important. He probably doesn't want him to go to college because after getting rid of his small high school circle he doesn't want to deal with the huge amount of people in college swarming around Sooyoung, especially when he won't be able to be in his class and around him 24/7 like he does in high school. From what I got he wants to lock him up in his apartment after they graduate and now this mf appears

Don't worry guys there are side stories and we will see how their relationship is developing author actually took a long break and came back with the side stories like three days ago, though it was marked as "chapter 58" but I'm pretty sure it's not season 3 but just extras + their art (more like coloring) improved drastically!!
The older brother is a fucking FREAK. I feel so bad for Yigeon that he still thinks that hid relationship with his brother can get better when he literally wants to kill him... even his entire family hates him favoring the mf weird brother. And let's not talk about the ML... I hate his double face so much oh my god i kept reading only because I love contract/fake relationships. Yigeon really needs a reality check and distance himself from all these people who don't give a shit about him...
