Jan has some issues man,, gonna read it just to see where these attachment issues are rooted from. Since Jan is such an imperfect character i think that makes him more realistic honestly, plus the development of his character is also not too bad. I think Pray is manipulative and knows what to say and do to make Jan want him, plus using pheromones is wow yes much consent. Jamil is pure but also seems to have underlying issues, hOnEsTLy just bring us back to before Jan started overthinking :')))

You do realise people can change? Different events and sequences occurred in the new timeline and it had an affect on him as a person (eg. actually realising that he is pushing her away etc). Its all a built up with different experiences = different actions

It's great if MC gets over her trauma but getting with him in the end feels like the author is undermining her suffering. Regardless of how the Prince changes in this timeline the other timeline will always be a reality for her. So can she really be with someone who she knows ended up like that when she was trying her best to get along with them? Literally any of the other Love Interests are better than him (now that we know Weedboy isn't trying to use her) for the sheer virtue of not hating a child (in long term *looking at Carsien*) for something they could not control.

If you haven't read the {SPOILER} ignore my comment:
If he does change, fucking great!! It's much needed and appreciated. No one is complaining about the fact that he can change. But I and a lot of other people have so much trouble understanding why the author would push for a romance with the only person who knows how evil he can be. Sure he has no memory of it (since it hasn't happened in their timeline) but it doesn't change the fact that it DID happen, that the main character suffers PTSD from the abuse, rape, and murder THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED TO HER. The prince's capacity for growth doesn't stray from that fact. If anything, when they do get together the only message I will get from this webtoon is that the worst kinds of sufferings a person can experience "aren't that bad as they could be" since Arista has enough forgiveness in her heart to reenter a relationship with her abuser.

Prince from first life is not the same person as this new prince. You (and basically every halfwit in the comment section) are just angry that there wasn’t any justice for the previous prince’s actions and pinning the blame on the guy who looks like him. Don’t give me that bullshit that he has the potential to be him in the future. That goes against basic psychology. Different circumstances result to a different person. No one can ever be the same. Environment plays a role, one action changes another.
He is NOT AT FAULT for the PTSD. If you’ve seen the novel, he was fucking horrified when he found out. Tia will come to grow and move past and become an even better person later on. I can’t spoil anymore but god, everyone here makes my head ache.

More than changing, he is truly a different person. And so is she.
She wasn't really likable back then, and I think she was easily misanderstood. In her previous life, the prince said himself that he never knew what she was thinking.
And the other girl, the real empress, wasn't really good to her. She hasn't put enough effort to the misanderstanding and let her doing all the job without doing any effort. Really, I don't get what the prince saw in that girl. Maybe she was smart enough to manipulate him...
Nobody is innocent. The love (or hate) between two people can easily change with only little differences. New situation, new behavior, new people.
Can we please get a nice sweet revenge for her dickhead of a father and sister maybe sprinkle in the mum as well.
Don't for get the prince!!! Though I guess his stupid wife is enough of a punishment, but still
I wish a fruitful wedding to them both, the kingdom is in deep shitara with a Queen like that xD
Karma's a bitch! lol
