Okay I just read chapter 8 and had to comment.
"Rape isn't sex, it's abuse" has to be one of the strongest and powerful sentences I read in a BL.
I don't know where this story is heading but their conversation was everything.
MJ not understand how it can be abuse to feel good together and the Doctor explaining why it's still abuse and it will never change. A fist and a penis being the same thing to the victim.
Also how MJ got so worked up and didn't want it to be abuse, realizing there must be something wrong with his approach (so he hesitated to grab him again and force himself on the doctor) but not being able to find a solution. I don't think he understood completely but he was still afraid to upset the doctor he claims to love.
Now that's peak story writing to me.
Both are clearly characterized and their statements make sense coming from them.
I love twisted and psychological manhwa so damn much!

Also I thought the art was much better than expected for Kaiju Nr. 8, sure the manga is gorgeous looking but they did a good job adapting it into an Anime....unlike "Ranger Reject"...
I agree on the take about "Dawn of the Dragon", first season was stronger but I didn't dislike seeing their previous life's, still hate amnesia trope.

Just wanted to put my thoughts here.
I'm on chapter 4, like the premise is so good but it feels so rushed and almost comically ridiculous, it's hard to take it serious and I'm glad the comments I've seen confirmed my reaction.
If the story would've been more fleshed out and actually introduced characters properly, I think it could be good.
The narration and story telling is the weakest link for sure, kinda sad.

But also mc said he smelled blood on the guy who didn’t have injuries + it’s kinda odd for a normal human to survive smth like this. The guy might not even realize he’s dead
That and also how he said he fell down with his car and miraculously survived while we clearly saw a panel of a car with a bloody person on an airbag that had the same shirt and hair as the guy so I immediately figured he died and isn't aware.
I get you, don't worry! It's not the end tho that tipped me off but that one panel of a bloody guy in a car who had the same shirt and similar hair while he mentioned how he fell down with his car.
It was at the start when that guy talked about how he got there.
Wow I didn't expect that kind of torture method, as far as I know it was one of the most gruesome methods used because the victim would usually suffer a long and painful process of loosing strength and the stick would bury itself deeper into the body tearing their guts apart. That bully received mercy by being killed so fast ngl
I already have an assumption of what Shirayuki will do to the girl, I don't think she'll stay a virgin much longer....
Also love the notes at the end of the chapter where certain things get explained, also nice to see a translator do this!

I'm legit so happy this is continuing, looks like this is really starting now, it's so satisfying to see a bully get karma. I feel like Shirayuki has connections to some shady people or he's just good at manipulating people to move however he wants.
