Alright, just downvote me and move on but I absolutely love this Manhwa to the moon and back.
It's such a well written story and I love the art so much.
Yes both are mentally fucked and I ain't gonna justify how the ML treats Mc but I understand their desperation for each other.
Staying and not leaving in this situation and being a bad influence and ultimately an abuser but also showing affection towards the other person.
This might not make any sense whatsoever but thankfully it's a fictional story so you can just enjoy how their relationship plays out regardless.
Since I also read the novel, I love how this Manhwa adapted it so far, I'm so excited for the second season.

I also find it well written but ppl in the comments are doing too much, they believe every relationship in fiction has to be healthy lol. I found these two are actually are a great match, both damaged (plus the d/s dynamics fit them), and while I do want to see them happy without worries, its still a journey. Characters being fucked up doesnt equal a bad story or a "bunch of nothing" as I saw someone say, same as "good/kind hearted" MCs =/ an actual good story. Media literacy is dying and the comment section is the proof. Thankfully theres still people like you.

Yeah that's pretty delusional on their part, they act like enjoying this means you're a predator in real life.
Agreed! Essentially what Seodan wants is warmth, to belong and to be accepted for who he is and Mr. Han gives him exactly that all while being very possessive and controlling of him to the point of scaring himself.
But I don't think Seodan could handle half assed feelings and Mr. Han is extreme about his love.
In a twisted sense these two match each other.
Yeah it's a shame when a good story isn't appreciated, I saw ppl say it doesn't make sense or that they don't get the story or characters but guess what? That just means this isn't meant for them.
Just because they don't understand a character or dislike them, it doesn't make the entire story bad.
I don't justify what Mr. Han does to Seodan but I find myself immersed in their story because it's just that good.
Right back at you! Also love your comment about media literacy, couldn't agree more!

OMG I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AHHHH
The art, plot and characters are everything! I discovered this way too early again T_T
Mc is talking about golf and ML thinks he's a slutty manwhore, I literally died xD
They're way too funny although it's another one of those "if they just properly talked once, the story would be over".
I don't mind tho, their bickering is quite charming and their chemistry.
Also how refreshing is a dominant/sadistic bottom and submissive/masochistic Top?? Hello?? Can other authors take notes please? I need more!

I love the direction this went in, went in dry not knowing anything besides the title and artist (should've been a clue) and was expecting a literal ghost.
What we got was a psychotic and broken Mc who felt haunted by the ghost of the one he murdered.
The twist was so good! The friends acted like nothing was wrong until they caught him and I didn't expect to see Murasaki's decaying corpse still buried in that one panel.
The ghost was all in his head.
Usually we get some supernatural aspect with these stories but it was refreshing to see something real albeit tragic and cruel.
The metaphor for the eyes seeing right through him and following him around after death was brilliant.
His self hatred turned murderous.
Honestly this Manhua gets something very right.
After hurting someone so badly, a grand confession of love can't fix everything.
The other person may not want your love anymore despite all the emotional turmoil they feel inside.
Once you cross a line, there's no coming back from it.
I haven't looked at the raws and they'll likely end up together anyway but I still wanted to point that out.
