It feels like the mangaka is trying to sell the heroine as a strong sexy woman and I like strong sexy heroines. But this girl is still SO. WEAK. I want a really badass woman who is confident with her gender and sexuality, smart, independent, not afraid of speaking her mind, and is able to tell those sexist boys that they're WRONG. Where are you my much needed feminist manga heroine???
But tackling issues like rape and victim blaming is a major plus point for this manga. Wish it was handled better tho. So much potential wasted.

As far as I know that's only the case during their heat.
When the bitten omega's in heat and another alpha/beta/omega tries to have sex with said omega, it would result in vomiting/sickness in general. Outside of heat nothing happens....but I may be wrong OoO
In Remnant, they would still get sick outside of heat. This could be author preference. However, Ai no Makoto is linked with Romantic Joutou universe wherein omegas get sick when having sex with someone not their mate in/out of heat. So.

You guys have forgotten the fact that alphas could have more.than one mate. Technically both omegas are "owned" by the alpha so I believe that is the reason neither of the omegas are rejecting the other. It's also present in romantic jouto
