That was anti-climatic. Hopefully the next chapter gets somewhere further with her mom, like whose her father and why she's really such a b@tch.
They kind of explain why she was such a B@tch in this chapter. It is because she is keeping all of her emotions in and just doesn't feel except when it come to kyoko which is probably because she had her at a young age with a man that did not last and she can't stand that fact and takes it out on kyoko. Also it was not supposed to be climatic, but an awkward funny scene.
It was okay, i don't no why they kept trying to make it sound like she was stupid. Never saw any indications she was stupid other than in going with hi. To his hotel room without really knowing him. The whole by the way I'm a doctor part at the end didn't make sense. Why would a biochemist need to work as a waitress? You'd think she could find spmething else while waiting on her father's paper to be published.

i think that was just a completely unrelated oneshot. i don't know why, but authors sometimes do that.
