Medea is trying to do everything she can to destroy the crown prince who will ruin the empire, to destroy those nobles who are full of sht. her trying to protect her people and delaying the prince's intention of killing Psyche. unorthodox? yes but still she dirtied her hands. Psyche did what? all she's doing right now is trying her best to survive.
