I know Ge is doing this FOR Meili but...
GE, MEILI ISN'T HAPPY! WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS STUPID AND YOU'RE PROBABLY GOING TO LOSE MEILI IF YOU KEEP THIS UP!
Ge says he's doing this FOR Meili but he's actually putting Meili in a lonely situation. I don't like you right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cinnamon roll needs protection!!!!!!!!!!

This was a bit hard to read... Hmmm... I didn't really have any characters I particularly liked and pretty much all the relationships in this story was destructive at some point. AND GEEZ, WAS THIS STORY FLASHBACK GALORE! I swear - 3/4 of the story was just flashback!!!!! Anyone else feel the same?
But I'm glad things ended up well for the main couple and the sister lol. Hopefully the extra chapters do well too~

I definitely think the same! It is just too many flashbacks, I kept hoping that next chapter will be on the development of the current couple. Because of all those flashbacks, the story development of the two were not well told. How did they suddenly get back together after two years of separation? I mean who's gonna wait for someone for so long when that person was left with the impression that his feeling was unrequited?

I'm team Jaewon x Junseo. It just feels so much more natural than the other pairings. I also feel like the author has set up the story on purpose this way. Plus, I just love Junseo.
If Jaewon ends up with Karam, I'll be a little sad but that's okay too! As long as they are all happy - but honestly, at this point it doesn't seem like Karam has THAT much to do with the plot apart from the fact that he is Jaewon's crush (I've read the raws up to chapter 42, and the relationship of the two are the same). If he shows up more in the plot, perhaps the story will then develop into a love triangle/square.
But still, my ship is still sailing so I'm not giving up on Jaewon x Junseo just yet!

I am very conflicted with Chise right now! I'm very irritated with her because she wants Elias to change but doesn't see that she also needs to change as well. Of course, she's changed a lot but she doesn't realize that by telling Elias that he's a monster and his actions are too monster-like, she's telling him that he's not human enough and that just doesn't work! He's not human so of course he doesn't understand why what he thought of doing was so wrong.
Also, ELIAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You idiot! Did you not think she would get angry?! My gosh! You know better! Honestly, I have to say I was a little disappointed. I thought he would put the curse on his own body, NOT SACRIFICE ANOTHER! Seriously, this was a great moment for him to be selfless, not stupid! UGH, my babies~~~~ why make all these bad decisions???~~~
I love both these characters but please TALK! Y'all both never talk so just communicate and figure this out. Stop trying to solve the problems or be the hero or be selfless - just slow down and talk! I love you, please get back home safely~

I think Elias kinda acted out of desperation at this point though. He was always aware that she had a short lifespan but Chise kept taking risks (because she doesn't think her life is very important?). Over time, Elias started to realize that he can't live without her anymore and with the reality of her dying soon because of the curse, he just straight out freaked. I'm not saying what he did was smart, I mean it was hella dumb, but in this situation Elias simply didn't care to even take a moment to think what was 'right'. He just wanted Chise to stay at his side.
No matter how much I love this couple and how much I love that they are changing, communicating, and becoming better people...
I kinda wish they would take a break or have some change. I don't mean this in a bad way. I just want them to realize that their relationship is on the healthy side but there are some things that need to change. I think in this time, Nemu can figure out his insecurities and become a stronger person by overcoming them. Also, Maya can then understand who he needs or wants to become. Becoming individuals who can support themselves will help their relationship in the end.
Plus!!!!!!!! I want to see a different plot! Nemu is always the one who ends up with the trouble. He's the only one who HAS TO face his insecurities, the only one who has to face his emotions of pain, jealousy, anger, and sorrow. He's the one to always open up and talk about his feelings first. I wish Maya can also go through this to be able to walk in Nemu's shoes about their relationship.
I understand that Maya has gone through some of his own insecurities and stuff too (e.g. the realization that he raped Nemu). BUT has he gone through the pain Nemu has gone through? Has he felt his heart drop in fear that Nemu would be stolen from him? Has he felt that he was not good enough for Nemu? Has he felt the suffering of staying silent while the chain that hold them together wilt away? I'm not saying Maya should feel terrible one day, but I just want him to feel even a fraction of what Nemu goes through.
Please, my babies... Solve this issue (that always seems to reappear!) and grow~
