The way Kenji is now he doesn't really deserve to be with someone as nice as cleaner boy.

I'm pretty sure what he meant is that Kouta was making such an erotic face and showing that he felt so good that Motoharu was almost "jealous of his own dick" as in if that's how good Kouta was feeling then he was almost jealous enough to want to switch places. (≧∀≦)

I hate the way the vast majority of yaoi mangas portray the concepts of seme and uke as set in stone. Most managakas also seem to go out of their way to make the uke weaker, smaller, and/or more feminine.

I agree wholeheartedly! It's even worse when someone makes a comment about a manga that says something along the lines of "I loved this manga! Seme-kun was so hot and his uke was just perfect for him♡" I mean it's bad enough that they're stereotyped into "top" and "bottom" but now that's there names even? Seme-kun and Uke-chan? If you loved it so much you should at least look back and re-read their name's if you can't remember them XD There's a limited amount of manga where they switch roles willingly unfortunately.

This is pretty yucky stuff, but I give the scanlation team credit for inserting warnings in the manga when bad stuff is about to happen.
That's actually a really nice way to give readers a chance to spare themselves trauma, well, at least those who pay attention to the credit pages...
