TLDR:
ML is so fucking annoying. I understand that his disgust towards MC's gender is because of trauma, but he's an asshole for continuing to act clingy on MC and make it sound like it's MC's fault that he has this aversion. MC is already trying to stay away from him because that's what he wants and now he's being all chummy around him as if he didn't almost killed him when he found out his gender. Which is, also his fault for assuming MC's gender.
It's also understandable that MC acts like a doormat and can't fight back cuz ML literally threatened his life many times (by the same person who saved him) atleast he's not clinging onto ML still hoping to get reciprocated.
ML is an annoying spoiled brat that thinks he can get anything he wants (sadly he can). Gawd I can't WAIT FOR HIM TO GET HUMBLED. And I know maybe the reason he's being clingy all of a sudden is probably because he's doing an exposure therapy but maaaaan he's so fucking annoying I can't.
