this explanation is kinda elaborate but I hope it helps~

Feng swapped his sperm with Yi Yun's so he can secretly have a son without endangering him knowing his family issues about the heir (must be first-born) and Feng is a first-born so that implies his first child will inherit the family business after him.

Then rather than disposing of Yi Yun's sperm, he put it in his name and stored it for the meantime. It may be caused by guilt/conscience of deceiving Yi Yun but in my opinion, Feng did that as bait for those who might try to steal it and use it against him. (but probably, it's highly he is guilty rather than the latter).

After that, he was informed that Yi Yun's sperm, which is named after him, disappear.gone.where did it go? And that matter was set aside for a long time so probably most forgot it or cause confusion for readers.

Finally, in recent chapters, it was shown that the aunt got a baby. It was clearly not hers (if im not wrong because she is infertile smt?) And as suspected, she is the one who stole Yi Yun's sperm under Feng's name because you know, she kinda sus...(￣へ￣)
