nah. he couldnt rest because danger sense keeps ringing. if the heroes could atleast manage some of the crimes just enough so there is enough intervals between each danger sense activation, deku couldve used those to rest. but since the intervals are to friggin short, theres no time to even hide and rest for him.

He was so brutal he became famous and all of Athy's friends were swooning over him. I think his "name" was the Knight of the Crimson Blood or somethin. Thats why the nobles were scared of Felix.
Also remember when Athy was in hiding and was teleporting from one place to another and she went to visit Felix and was planning to sneak up on him for a surprise attack but she ended up almost dying instead lol
