What’s bugging me a little it’s the fact the so-called Minato’s friends saw Shizuma shopping with the director. I hope they won’t do something nasty again and if they try that Minato will tell them to mind their own business...

If it was another story I would say readers should be surprised but we all know shit is coming !
I don’t know what purpose the author has but if it’s ruining the mood of the readers or slap BJ Alex fans in the face, it is perfectly done ! I think the real problem lies where all we, actual readers, can’t stop reading even if the story is real shit. If we all decide to drop this and not come to even just pick an eye on updates maybe the author will have to change the story or stop it. So we have to be strong enough to not come see the following chapters till the author beg us to read it again ! But know I’m dreaming. I’m not sure I can even keep my words. ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
I think we all just have to remember that Shizuma grew up in a very healthy environement in which his parents love and respect each other. He is very attentive and try to undestand Minato but it’s not easy. Remember when he read books about homosexuality. Of course it is a very clumsy way to do but he tried. And for someone who was raised by caring parents it could be difficult to really understand Minato’s insecurity. Even with great empathy, it’s hard.
So no, he’s not dumb. He’s naive, candid and a little oblivious. And for what I read from spoliers when the things will turn a little nasty with the boss, he will put clear boundaries. But I think it’s hard for him to understand how such little things will turn in big problems from Minato point of view.
Even if I love him, I think it’s Minato who has to do something about his insecurity. I know it’s very difficult but one first step is maybe to understand that Shizuma’s love is just one way for him to get better but not the complete medicine.
I’m happy to see a new chapter but what’s bothering me a little is the long time before chap12. I hope the author didn’t have some problem or if there was, that those problems had ended.

There are at least 22 chapters published so the author is definitely working on it. She is very active on Twitter too.
Yeah the manga has much more japanese chapters. Its just no one was fan translating this and I think its cuz its being officially translated now.
But issue was, the official translation only caught up to volume 3 which is where chapter 12-17 is. So you can actually buy the latest volume digitally on amazon right now. I think the current uploader did this and is slowly releasing the chapters for the volume. After that, English volume 4 will physically release in July (chapter 18-23 im guessing)

I’m glad to see the story coming back with the search of the treator. That amnesia was too much. And like most of you I suspect the treator is the secretary but I’m not happy with it. I kinda like the character and I hope I’m wrong.
We all knew this was coming but still it’s hard. So I just hope a real character development. Even if now I’m like you all and want Dan to find someone else who will help him pay his debt and be kind with him and freed him from that shitbag Jaekyung, I know that won’t happen. Because I read so much stories like this : BJ Alex of course but Painter of the Night too or Finder or the Kuroneko Kareshi serie and I forgot some more. But if the author is serious this would be fine, maybe. I was often surprised to change my mind about those kinda jerks. But author san, you have to work hard !
All those amnesia plots I read in many stories for a few times are real pain in the ass. I hope those tendancies would stop or decrease because some times there is no interest in it.
